Move to single drive to 2 drives in RAID1

Post by josemsubcn »

Dears, I have a terramaster F2-223 NAS working with a single drive for test, pending to arrive two WD Red Pro 4TB drives. With the temporal drive I configure the NAS with users, remote access, etc. When the new both drives arrive (in two days) i want to change the old drive for the new drives and copy the configuration (Users, applications, remote acces, etc , but the data in not important) and finally changue the configuration to raid 1. It is possible?. I dont want to start from 0 with all configuration...

Thanks in advance,

Jose

Hi, you can migrate the test disk to RAID1 along with one 4T disk. after the synchronization is complete, your 4T disk will contain the same configuration. You can then replace the test disk with a second 4T disk.
To contact our team, please send email to following addresses, remember to replace (at) with @:
