OTP Code iNCORRECT !HELP!

Bonjour,
Tout fonctionnait très bien avec l'OTP.
Depuis que j'ai redémarré mon NAS, le code de vérification OTP est incorrect.
Je suis bloqué que puis-je faire pour récupérer l'accès?
L'option "L'appareil mobile a été perdu" ne fonctionne pas (lien KO).
Une solution svp sans perdre les données de mon NAS?

After multiple verification errors, you will be blocked from accessing and will need to wait for a few minutes before continuing the verification. Alternatively, you can restart TNAS to continue obtaining three verification opportunities.
Regarding the issue of verification code errors, besides your input errors, it is also possible that your phone's time/time zone does not match TNAS.
Please adjust your phone time/time zone to match TNAS. If you are not sure about the time/time zone settings of your TNAS, please connect the USB keyboard and HDMI display to TNAS, log in to the backend command window, and enter the following command to confirm the time/time zone:
