unable to connect to NAS via file explorer

hello!

i have my FS-212 connected and appears in my network but i'm unable to connect to it. when trying to access the drive this is the error i'm receiving (photo attached). i have no idea where to go from here. any help would be great, thanks!

May I know what is the model number exactly? there is no such a model FS-212, is it F4-212 or F2-212?

Please login TOS and check if the smb file service is enabled. Or try again with the TNAS IP address. You can also download the TNAS PC desktop client, and use the client to mount a network drive.
