The created volumes are not displayed in the file explorer

Post by ftomas »

I am having problems with my newly purchased F424 storage. 1. I created three volumes, but in the file explorer, there is no option to select the second and third volumes for writing files. All folders are displayed only on the first one. What should I do and why is this happening?

Try to go to the Control panel -> Shared folder and press the "+" button on the top.

Sorry, I don't see the option to edit the file. Please make sure, once you create the shared folder, to go into "Properties" of each and then set the correct permissions for the users and for the user groups. Otherwise, you'll still not see it.

You need to create shared folders on the volume before you can store files on the volume.

Thank you very much to everyone who helped with the response. Terra Master has a very active community. I figured it out, the topic can be closed.
