Hard drives going offline

For the last month or so, my Raid 1 hard drives go read only. If I reboot the F2-223, they come back to write. Any idea what can be the issue, and how do I set them write without rebooting?

Can you please tell us your system version?

1. Check if the file system is damaged.
Go to Control Panel - Volume and check for any abnormal volume

2. Check the status of the hard drive.

Thanks for the follow up. I contacted support and they couldn't help and referred me your online support. The only problem is that they are in China or somewhere the time zone is different, so they only could help if it was in the middle of the night where I am. I just went ahead and rebuilt my nas and reloaded my plex media files and all seems fine now. Hopefully it won't do this again. thanks
