Fault phenomenon:
After successfully adding a camera using TNAS's Surveillance Manager application, although the camera can record and save video files normally, and the video playback is normal, a black screen appears when previewing the camera screen in real time.
Solution:
1. First, please check whether the https (default port 5443) address is used when logging in to Surveillance Manager through a browser. It needs to be changed to an http (default port 8181) address for login.
2. Secondly, please check whether the encoding format of the camera is H.265. You need to change the encoding format to H.264.
