F2-221 Cold Start Problem.

It is not depends on ToS version.

Chassis can not start with any disk installed. Power LED flashes one tome (for 0.5 sec) and thend no sound no LEDs....

But empty chassis starts normally and I can add disks when chasis powered on. And then NAS works fine!

Disks and power supply were checked on another Terremaster and no any problems detected.
