Make usbshare Read Only

Using TOS 5.1.123

Is it possible to make usbsharex Read Only for a certain user?

I see from Control Panel -> Storage Manager -> USB Device, I can set each user Allow or Deny. That works great but it grants full read/write access with Allow.

From File Manager -> usbsharex -> permissions, it appears that you can set each user to deny, read/write or read only but when I change any setting and confirm it goes right back to read/write.
