File upload errors cloudsync

I’ve set up cloudsync to upload a copy of my files to Mega. It’s largely worked ok but there’s also quite a few files that haven’t uploaded and the logs show a cancelsync error for this. However when I try running the sync again cloudsync isn’t recognising that these files aren’t on the mega file system and isn’t attempting to rectify this.

Is there anyway I can prompt cloudsync to upload these again? Without having to delete everything on mega and run the entire sync job again (it was 2.6 TB of data in the job, so obviously I don’t want everything uploading again).
