Reloading 4.2 TOS on a MAC

I have a TNAS PC program that I have no desktop icons and my TNAS unit is no longer seen anywhere.
I tried to down load the 4.2 installation from the TM download site as directed but I can't still get anything to work dose the download 4.2 instal software work on a MAC

What is the TNAS model name?
The software TOS4.2 is used for TNAS installation rather than Mac.
Can't TNAS PC app software find TNAS?
Please try searching after you start TNAS without installing any hard drives.
