I am looking to buy the D2-300 for use with a PC running Linux. What chipset does this enclosure use? Is it UASP capable with linux? (I am running a modern kernel).
Thanks!

Re: D2-300 Linux UASP/Chipset
D2-300 is a 2-bay USB hard drive case with high-speed hard drive cloning function and misoperation protection function.
It supports cross platform operating systems such as MAC, Windows, and Linux.

Outside of the ThunderBolt TDAS enclosures, Terra-Master uses primarily ASMedia chipsets within TDAS units to interface with drives.

Thanks for the replies folks. Can anyone confirm it's an ASMedia chipset? I want to avoid JMICRON as their UAS implementation on Linux is bad.
