Can't get past the Admin Settings page in the initialization

This peice REFUSES to allow me to set it up. I have been fighting with it for hours on end now. The best I can do is initialize it and install the latest TOS software, then get stuck in the Admin Settings page. The next button changes color when I mouse-over it. Doesn't actually do anything when clicked. I'm ready to ship this back to amazon and get another brand. Is there any way to fix this stupid thing, or am I left with returning it and finding something that will actually work as advertised? Right now it just beeps endlessly because I removed one of the 2 drives and tried setting it up anew. Not loving this stupid beeping. Doesn't beep with the other drive installed, but also still gets stuck.

I followed the instructions, put in an 18TB drive and a spare 500GB drive from an old laptop. The stupid configuration gave me 2 options to proceed: BLANK SQUARE and BLANK SQUARE. One above the other. Well, since there was ZERO info on the 2 blank squares, I chose the top one hoping it would be the default and would work. Well, it configured everything and I saw it created a single 500GB volume. My 18TB drive would be useless. I tried to delete the drive, delete the volumes, etc. It failed. So I tried following the instructions to reinstall. I pull the drives, restart, connect to the unit with the software, insert the drives, it goes through the disk check, etc. This time I had chosen the bottom blank square for the install, hoping it would give some kind of options. After it did its thing, I'm back the the Admin Settings part. I enter the details there, get a validation code by email, and hit Next. Only it doesn't do a anything. I have done it a number of times now. If I refresh the page, well I just get to enter the details again and get another freaking email, and NOTHING. I'm on the verge of sending this POS back to amazon and finding a different option from a different company. How the hell do I make this work?

Additionally, if your hard drive has been formatted on other devices or systems, there is a smaller possibility that TOS may not be successfully installed. Please connect the hard drives to your PC, delete the partitions on the hard drives, and then insert TNAS to try installing TOS.

The beep sound may be a warning caused by a storage or hard drive error. We suggest that you do not unplug the hard drive while it is running.
