I do regularly use a VPN on my browser, but it's generally set to bypass LAN traffic. That is to say, whether I'm using the VPN or not, my local browser is always talking directly to my NAS over the LAN.

If this issue persists this is something I can investigate further. Thanks for the heads-up, @TMroy.
