Cant find NAS after update from 5.1.24 to 5.1.40

Cant find NAS after update from 5.1.24 to 5.1.40

HI everyone, I am a new member and searched before I posted...I recently updated my F2-423 from 5.1.24 to 5.1.40 as per the prompts on the TNAS PC. I have 2 x1TB drives. When searching via TNAS PC it cant find it...I then tried the 'Reinstall TOS for you TNAS' from this forum and now have a blank screen....what have I done wrong...thank you for any help or guidance please? Thank you :(

Please try to clear the browser cache. If the device cannot be searched after the empty machine is turned on, the USB initBoot may be damaged. Please try to recreate the USB initBoot: viewtopic.php?f=76&t=3684
