F5-221 can't view Volume 1

I did a new install downgrading from TOS5. Now I can't view my files that were and are still on /Volume #1/public. I'm able to add new files to that folder still. Can this issue be with the naming? FYI, I went from TOS4 > TOS5 > TOS4 without wiping my hard-drive. It can also be a permission issue since I have folders i'm not able to view that worked before. Submitted a picture. I fixed this. Removed all bays and did a reinstall of OS. Inserting one at a time vs all at the same time during initialization setup fixed it.
