TERRAMASTER T9-423 9-Bay High Performance NAS


i brought a new TERRAMASTER T9-423 9-Bay High Performance NAS last week

i loaded it up with drives and started to add data to my pool
i was just adding my last drive making 98tb which was synchronizing around 30% when we had a power cut since then i cant access the nas i just get a message saying tos loading please wait it has been like this for hours now i cant get to it through web browser as i get the please wait message

i had it also network mapped in windows and wont connect that way
i tried the ssh way and just get message saying connection refused
and the windows desktop app cant find any tnas device

i can see the nas on my network by logging into my router and in network on windows pc under storage but it just links me to the web address of the nas where i get the message tos loading please wait but thats it

Expensive NAS, lots of expensive drives and no UPS. Sad.

Hello, it is recommended that you restart your NAS first. If restarting does not solve the problem, you can connect the NAS to a monitor via HDMI to log in, and then enter cat /proc/mdstat to check whether the synchronization is complete. Please wait for the synchronization to complete before proceeding.

Hi I put in a hdmi and connected to my tv and seen a lot of writing going across the screen tosdeamon pid no such file or directory

So I rebooted as you said now it shows btrfs info corrupt16364 gen 0

Md: md8: recovery done
Md: reshape of raid array md0

And that’s how it’s still showing so do I wait or what do I do next
Sorry I have no idea about when you say login and enter cat /proc
Do I plug a usb keyboard into the nas ??? Also it did not appear to giv me log in chance or anything it just went of on its own and now stopped at the reshape raid array md0
