Please Help - Plex Will Not Install/Update

I have a TerraMaster F2-221, which has been running Plex for some time. Update failed, and I cannot get any installation to work.

I can get "Preparing...", which lasts forever, or "Operation Failed!"

User ID is already 5555; connection is otherwise good.

Any help would be appreciated.

Issue is solved.

I had to update the TNAS operating system, which I was able to figure out due to similar problems other people has on the forum. Once the operating system was updated, Plex installed without a hitch.
