Are you using the snapshot feature? "Other" may hold snapshots, system or application configuration files

If you have modified snapshot plans you may have 'orphaned' snapshots using up space.

Did you read the link I posted?

I don't know what is on your system, so I can't say what can and can't be done precisely.
If you can list the contents of a folder from the command line you should be able to sort it out.
