Hi there, my TNAS went offline with power outage recently and since then I've not been able to connect to it through TNAS PC or TNAS mobile apps. Basically no way to get to the OS.
I can see it on the network and can ping and even use the network mapped drives, just can't ever be found through TNAS PC or the mobile app. Any reason this could be the case? It pretty much locks me out of any admin as I'm not aware of other ways to get to the OS (I did type the IP directly in chrome and it didnt connect).
Any help is massively appreciated.
I'm on TOS 5.x with a F2-221 and windows 10.

I don't understand how to implement this. It looks like I should copy paste your code in the terminal, but what to I need to modify in the code?
I don't work in IT, this does not mean much to me, sorry.

The issue with the poster's critical seems to be an anomaly caused by a power outage. I'm not sure if your question is exactly the same. If you think it's exactly the same, then there may be an error in the system's files due to a power outage. At this point, you need to reinstall TOS:

There is also a possibility that your computer's network settings may not be able to search for TNAS through TNAS PC. And TNAS mobile cannot search for the wrong version of the app.
Regarding the issue of TNAS PC not being able to search, please refer to:
