F5-422 sudden failure

Post by rfc1920 »

Suddenly and without any known outside influence, all of my iSCSI mounts went readonly. I cannot login to the GUI, etc. So, I rebooted the TNAS. Ultimately, I had to boot without the drives being connected and am walking through the initialization again. I don't recall which version I was running, but most likely 5.1.22. I suppose there could be a failed drive as one is still checking while the others all show good.

Right after submitting this post, the final drive shows At Risk in the GUI.

Looks like a major failure. I attempted to install Truenas and the device keeps resetting USB, showing multiple key presses, etc.
