Hello,
I still have a problem with my NAS.
All the applications are uninstalled as if by magic, all alone, without anything I ask.
QBitTorrent, Plex and CloudSync were on my F4-423, V5.0.17 and are no longer, neither on the TOS desktop nor in the "installed" tab of the application center.
When I go to search for them to install them, I get an error message: "The operation has failed", on all applications.
There is no error on the disks
There is no network problem
With or without VPN client, I have the same problem
I find it absurd to have so many problems with a 600€ NAS
I was going to buy a bigger Pro model, I won't take TerraMaster, it's over.

Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve software-related issues. Try restarting your NAS and see if the applications reappear or if you can install them again.
