F5 422 - Update 5.1.34 - Get white screen - TNAS PC doesnt see it - But I do see it as a client in my router

Hi, Update went normally but when it was done I can't log back into it. I get a white screen. Mounted Drives are currently not accessible.
However when I check my router client list, I do see the TNAS connected and its IP Address. I have tried one manual restart so far. TNAS PC doesnt see it.
I have a F5 422

Does it appear "Loading..., please wait!" or a white screen when accessing the web? We noticed that this happens because the btrfs-transaction and btrfs-cleaner process has been busy cleaning up file system data when the system restarts, taking up a lot of CPU resources and causing you to fail to load the page when you log in. We don't yet know exactly what is causing the process to keep busy. It can last for hours if you want to wait for it to be finished.

May I ask if you have enabled the "file system snapshot", and if you have a lot of snapshots? Have you deleted snapshots or deleted data in large quantities recently?
Is your storage pool newly created in TOS 5, or was it created in 4.2? The additional information you provide will greatly help us find the cause of the problem. Thanks!

It stays completely white. No loading screen. I havent deleted large quantity of data but maybe 4gb out of 40tb for example. Storage pool was created back when I initally got it which was in the 4.x

I never manually enabled it . Didnt know it was there. I use my TNAS as a mounted drive only so far onto a windows server.

My last point was referring to the file system snbapshot. I didnt turn it on as I didnt know it was there or what it is.

What should I do? How long should I wait before trying another restart?

Please keep an eye on your HDD LEDs, if they are no longer blinking, you can restart TNAS.

Couldn´t you just do more tests before launching an update that could damage a lot of client´s information ? Please. :roll:
