Plex Won't Match Films

Now this is odd

I have a couple of films that didn't have ant posters for. So I did an unmatched and match but all I get is "No matches found". One is a film, The Banker, from 2020 and certainly in in the relevant database on the IMDB website. The other odd was was the UK series, Minder. Again on the TVmbd website it's clearly there. The metadata seems to still be there in Plex but the thumbnail and poster image is not.

I wonder if I have turned something off ? I am not in Isolation Mode. Is this an agents thing and how should I set this up ?
