I have a new F4-423 with 2 8TB drives in TRAID. So effectively RAID1.
I want add two more 8TB drives. Can I install them "hot" one by one and will TRAID then expand the pool to "RAID 5" ? The guides Ive seen refer to upgrading disk size but not 2 disks to 4. Can someone point me to the guide or advise the process please.
I wasn't sure if i had to do it one disk at a time or power off, insert 3 &4 and power on. As before will the system automatically create a TRAID (RAID 5) or are there actions to take ?
