continuous beeps after power loss and losing one hdd f2-221

continuous loup beeping, removed the faulty drive. wiped the other drive , tried reinstalling tos, replaced firmware, tried other drives, still beeping before initialization, during initialization gets stuck after during initialization where it installs tos but gets stuck at 10% of initialization (after email verification). screenshot of what its HDMI is outputting

any help can be appreciated.

also tried the reinstall ( online ) by not hooking up the hdd and then hooking it up , but after everything is complete it still goes back to beeping.

In fact, you only erased the partition information, and after reinstalling TOS, the partition was restored, and the super block information in it remains the same as before. Please refer to this to handle the hard drive you want to erase.
