D2-310 It turns itself on and off

Hi,

I have a problem with the unit. It has very little use and since yesterday, it began to turn itself on and off by itself.

I have tried to leave the PC off and the D2-310 does the same, it turns on and off.

I have also unplugged the USB cable and the same thing, the unit turns on and off. Both hard drives are perfect and the drives have 2.93TB out of 3.63TB available. They are on raid 1.

How can I solve it?

I too have a brand new unit and it's doing the same thing. Enough to return this thing. Honestly.
