UI has turned to gibberish

Hello,

Got a brand new F4-423 last week, added 4x 4TB Ironwolf Pros and started using cloudsync.

Yesterday, My entire UI has turned to random characters, i was able to trigger a factory reset by remembering where to click but after the reset and a re upload of TOS5, the UI is still gibberish, has anyone come across this problem already ?

This could be the web browser font compatible issue. Please try to modify the font settings in your web browser or you can change to another browser and try again. By the way, which language do you use as default in your browser? what is your native language?

You can also try to clean the browser cache and try again.

Yes, it fixed itself after a cache reset, so this might have been browser related. thanks for the hint !

I have the same issue and clear browser cache don't work for me.
I already try with others browsers and still the same.

Have you tried Google Chrome?

I have already chosen one by one, and don't get any good.
Only Asian language seems to be right.

About the browser, I already try with: Opera with Portuguese Language. Chrome with English Language. And Edge with English Language.

Problem solved after reboot my PC.
