Hello all!
I have a problem with my F2-420. I purchased from terramaster site in Set2019. It worked fine until this afternoon. I have shutdown it from web and It turned off correctly. After I unplugged the powersupply then, after 2 hours, I plugged again the power supply but the nas wont power on. No led, no fan, nothing happens. I test voltage on power supply and voltage on the power jack on the nas and on both there are correct value.
What can I check further? Capacitorrs?

Please try to clear the CMOS to see if it can work, if not, it should be a hardware problem.
Clear CMOS method:
Unscrew the screws on the back of the unit, take off the motherboard, take out the battery, then hold down the poles of the battery with a metal material like tweezers for about 5-10 seconds, then put the battery back.
