[ Plex ] Plex for TOS 5 ARM

I was looking forward to this PMS update. I'm hoping that it will resolve the problem with my PMS crashing every night.

Yes I notice that the plex update 1.30.1.6562 officially adds support for TOS 5 and it's now appearing as an option in the download list on their site.

this will be updated with the package for TOS5 arm device (F2-212), till PLEX will release this officially
