NAS keeps prompting for initialization post-reboot

I'm not sure what troubleshooting steps to take further with my issue.

Last night I got a very generic RAID Error message, so i've restarted my NAS. Upon doing so, it prompted me to reinitialize and format my entire setup. Thus I did. This morning, after uploading a file and attempting to watch it, the entire setup wouldn't work and thus i've restarted my setup again. Afterwards, i've installed a new hard drive into the seemingly defective slot, but the issues persist. Any advice?
