Cloud Sync not listed in Applications

Hi all
Hopefully you can help! I helped out a friend to setup a F4-220 NAS to store all their photography files, of which there is nearly 4tb! The NAS has been excellent but they want to add OneDrive to cloud backup some of the most precious files.

However on the TOS under Applications the Cloud Sync app isn’t there to install.

I have just uploaded it to 4.2.9 (?) which I had to do manually but there is still no updates the list of Applications.

Please could anyone advise on how to refresh and update the list of Applications available?
