Fan setting not applied after restart

I have a F4-210 (TNAS-3E45) running TOS version 4.2.31

In Settings -> Hardware & Power -> Hardware, I have set my fan to 'Low speed' because I use SSDs that do not generate much heat.

However, when the device restarts, the fan runs fast.

If I access Settings -> Hardware & Power -> Hardware, I can see that the fan setting has remained at 'Low speed'.

However, as soon as I open the Hardware setting window, the fan returns to the expected speed, even if I do not change any settings!

It is as if the device has re-read the fan setting preference when I enter the screen!
