Hello all,
I searched the forums and maybe missing it.. I have a F4-210, 4.2.31 firmware.
I can install pihole in docker. It runs fine. But when I restart the NAS, all settings are gone - back to default. And no changes save - ie I go into DNS, add a few dns servers, hit apply, sceren says saved, but it's not.
I tried adding
/pihole_app
/dns_config
and volumes, but that didn't fix it.
Any suggestions on what I'm missing?
Thanks

Also installed PiHole from Portainer. Same issue. Settings are retained after a restart of the NAS, but no changes can be made inside PiHole

Re: PiHole docker resets when NAS is rebooted
I had same issue, works fine with no issues on my QNAP, struggle to get it working and gave up on my TM , let me know if you solve it. In fact if you do, a step by step guide would be appreciated for those who dont have your knowledge
