SMB issues - no longer able to map network

Post by gcok »

TOS 4.2.31
F4-210
Suddenly I am unable to map the network drive, I can access the TOS and SFTP but can not map network drive, it keeps saying wrong username or password??

all my docker based apps are working as expected

I have tried the following

disable/re-enable SMB in TOS
checked SMB settings in windows ( I have verified SMB 2/3 )
restarted TNAS

Any suggestions please ?

Hi,
You can try this: viewtopic.php?f=77&t=2759
If it still does not work, you can also try to clear the cache and restart the computer, or use a new user to map, or modify the IP to map.
