HI there, I'm having the same problem. I had it working for several months, but I had to reset/reinstall the system. I followed the same instructions and the app now appears on the Desktop, but I cannot access the GUI anymore.

Hello outkastm, I'm trying TOS 5 and i would install some of your apps. But i receive an error that i can't install it. Maybe because of different root file system and storage mount path?

TOS5 need's a new tpk packaging tool, which hasn't been made available yet by TM
