After reinstalling TOS 5 with the original version I still couldn't log in, so reinstalled and let it update to the 67 version now it's totally unreachable with the TNAS but can get to the folders via windows etc, getting sick of problems so going back to the production version as that at least has been stable on my other machine for a while.

OK just tried a fresh installation of 5.0.67 and still cannot see via TNAS windows can still see the folders but cannot view them, but that may be because I didn't renew any access permissions etc, but the problems still remains.Re: TOS 5 Beta is released for testing NOW!
1. Did you install a new version of TNAS PC on your windows computer? this version needs to be 5.0.12 or a later version.
2. Can you login into your TOS from your web browser after the fresh new installation?
3. Does your TNAS work with full function after new installation except of TNAS PC windows search?

For info, with any version of tos 5 beta, I can log in ONCE to the browser, then log in isn't possible anymore. (wrong user name of password)
I did 5 reinstall with different versions and still the same.
I give up as I cannot test anything.

No!

No because I cannot access it other than the folders directly.
Have gone back to TOS 4 now, if you come up with something in 5 that actually lets you log in, I may go back for another try, shame as it was working OK until this last update.

No!

Have gone back to TOS 4 now, if you come up with something in 5 that actually lets you log in, I may go back for another try, shame as it was working OK until this last update.

1. Can you be able to see the login page by inputting the NAS IP address on the browser address bar? I suppose you can, as you told, you were prompted wrong user name and password, please confirm.
2. Would you tell me your username and password by private message? I like to know what kind of character you included into your username and password;
3. Please do not use the username and password the browser remember for you, try to manually input your username and password;
4. Would you tell us your exact operating procedure so that we can reproduce your issue?
4. If the issue persists, is it possible for you to reinstall the TOS 5.0.67 and allow our engineer to remotely check the issues that exist on your device?
