Docker won't download image

Hi there, I've got a F4-210 running 4.2.28. I can install the docker app, but when I try to download an image the CPU spikes to 99% and if never actually downloads.

I've rebooted then as, uninstalled docker, deleted the appdata folder and reinstalled it, no luck. Tried a different registry too.

What can I do to fix this?
