D5-300c hard drive sequence # doesn't match in OS

I bought a DAS D5-300c. Currently I have 4 disks in this case and I found that none of them has bay ID matches the disk sequence ID in Windows 10.

Is this by design or a issue of my device?

Hi! This phenomenon is normal. Windows disks are logical disks and are randomly assigned disk numbers.
