F4-210 No UI after login

Post by StanP50 »

Hadn't logged into my F4-210 for about a week but yesterday was able to log in and was presented with a screen with a horizontal barber pole and that's it, no UI, no way to exit out or refresh. NO access to any thing. Still have access to all files stored on the NAS, but no controls.

Any ideas how to correct this issue would be appreciated.

I would be happy to do a reinstall, but I have no access as mentioned in the first post you referenced. If there is another way into the UI then I might be able to try it, unless I'm missing something.

Hi! Currently in the "loading..." state, indicating that the file system is being detected. Please be patient, the waiting time depends on the RAID capacity.

Well, that is not totally the case. Found that it my main system that will not display the UI, I have three others that do without issue. Thought at first it might be the Windows 11 OS because I was able to get onto the UI on 2 Windows 10 systems without issue. Tried it on another Windows 11 system and was able to gain access. All have the same version browser, so it wasn't that either. Cleared the browser cache on my main system and I was in. Go figure.

Thanks for the suggestions, much appreciated.
