I have a F4-210 with 4 drives (2 WD Red, 2 seagate ironWolf.
All 4 HDs are set up a single drives (no raid). One of the HD has a good amount of data which I'm hoping to recover.
I reinstalled my nas with only one of the drives as I did not want the reinstallation to wipe all my data. Now that reinstalltion is completed, I've added the drives back. They are being picked up as hard drives, but no pool or volume. How do I recover the data on the other drives?
If it is not possible, I'm curious how Terramaster(TM) deals with situation where the whole NAS fails and someone has to buy another TM NAS. How does the info of the harddrive gets recovered in the new TM NAS?
Reset to factory, how do I recover my disk data?

Hi! The volumes are not mounted successfully, you need to restart the system.

Re: Reset to factory, how do I recover my disk data?
Personally, I would attempt to copy the data off the disks before re-mounting them on the NAS. Have you tried connecting them via USB cable to the NAS? This might give you the access to the data without potentially mounting and corrupting them. There are utilities to read ext4 disks on PCs. I'd try either of these before re-mounting.
