Raid1 Pool to Raid10 Pool in-place

I have an existing RAID1 pool with 2x 14TB drives.

I would like to expand the Volume that spans the pool with two more 4TB drives (in effect the volume would be a RAID10, 2x14TB+2x4TB).

Is it possible to migrate a RAID1 pool to a RAID10 pool in-place?

Can a Volume span 2 different Pools (I could then create 2 RAID1 pools, with a single volume on top)?

Which option is preferable if both are possible?

Hello, you cannot migrate from other RAID modes to RAID10. Please select RAID10 when creating RAID. At the same time, you can not span 2 different Pools during the online migration of the array, and the capacity of the added hard disk should not be less than the capacity of the smallest hard disk in the storage pool.
