Feature Request: MPD Server

I would love to see MPD available either in-OS or as an app so that we can optionally use MPD to setup a server for mpd/mpc clients within the network to connect to.

This would make managing streaming devices much easier, and would enable even low-power devices like a Raspberry Pi Zero W to connect to TOS and stream.

Ideally, if this was integrated into the OS, we'd have a configuration GUI where we can set what directories we want to have in the MPD library (ideally with read-only permission to MPD).
