Hello,
was in TOS and got a popup that a new version was released. let it download and install the update and it rebooted itself. After two hours I came back to find it not listed on my network, and all LEDS illuminated seeming to be frozen. I unplugged power to power cycle it and it continues to just turn on with all LEDS illuminated with no sign of progress. I know there is an internal USB drive and I wonder if I can flash that or get it working about through there? Any and all info on what should be done with be great. I tried using TNAS PC but that program as well does not find the NAS. I have only had this NAS for 3 months.
