Hi. I have a TerraMaster D5-300C. I use it in a clean smoke free studio. I have not owned it a year yet, and all of a sudden, it starts to power off and on intermittently, un-mounting my drives. The product worked great while it worked, but now I can't use it, and I'm scared to even chance having my drives in it.
I purchased the drive on Amazon.com. I am using the original power supply and cables.
I have tried popping all of the drives out, and just using one drive at a time. Same problem. The unit will power off, but the power supply light will stay on. Then it will come back.
My whole work flow has been shutdown. I found this forum, because I've been googling for a solution and see that I am not alone.
Have you figured out a solution to this problem yet?
