Did you get any news on this? I have the same occurring to me on a new F4 424 Pro
Could you please provide the specific model of your UPS? We need to verify it.

In my case, it's a CYBERPOWER CP1500AVRLCD, when I first boot I do see it then after about 30 minutes it no longer reads the information off itand the "Enable UPS Support" checkbox unticks itself.

Suggest you use the search function to check previous posts on this forum. Cyberpower seems to come up most frequently when there are issues with ups function. (Particularly when the ups model is supposedly on compatibility list)

last month i purchase F4-424 PRO nas and upgraded to latest TOS 6.0.535

my NAS drop network connection when my router rebooted and wont reconnect after router up and running. the only workaround i have to do is unplug the network cable and then plug again though i have to repeat this process two times. if i unplug the network cable and plug only one time it wont connect to network and i have to repeat the process for the second time to fix the issue.

i have send the NAS logs to support team as well for review

Hello everyone.

I have one TNAS F4-423 with two Volumes. The operating system is TOS6 6.0.535. I have problems with Emby Server (4.8.8.0) permissions when creating libraries. I have no access to media folders on my TNAS. All permissions are set. More infos in my topic:

viewtopic.php?t=6994

Any ideas how to fix this problem?

I was super happy with TOS6 2039.
It is some days I upgraded to 530, but on reboot it auto-updated to 535.
Since then a nightmare
- A) my 1.4Tb cache balanced started to took 14Gb of my memory (I only have 16Gb) so it started to swapping
- B) Every time I access a smb share it hangs

I would suggest you delete the hypercache and reassess your requirements. I think 1.4TB is too large (The 14GB ram sounds about right for the currently assigned size of cache).

sandypatel wrote: 04 Dec 2024, 09:33 last month i purchase F4-424 PRO nas and upgraded to latest TOS 6.0.535

my NAS drop network connection when my router rebooted and wont reconnect after router up and running. the only workaround i have to do is unplug the network cable and then plug again though i have to repeat this process two times. if i unplug the network cable and plug only one time it wont connect to network and i have to repeat the process for the second time to fix the issue.

i have send the NAS logs to support team as well for review
We have noticed the issue and will address it in future TOS system updates. Please stay tuned for update notifications.

jhnbrg wrote: 04 Dec 2024, 16:50 Hello everyone.

Please edit the shared folder in Control Panel - Shared Folder, check 'Replace permissions of all subdirectories with permissions of the folder' and try again.

Please edit the shared folder in Control Panel - Shared Folder, check 'Replace permissions of all subdirectories with permissions of the folder' and try again.
It doesn't work. When I try to check 'Replace permissions of all subdirectories with permissions of the folder', nothing happens. This setting is not applied, even after several attempts.
