Based on the screenshot, the IP addresses being used are defaults assigned by the nas when it does not get an ip from the network. There is almost certainly an issue with the router/network. Do you have other devices attached and do they get ip addresses? Is the DHCP address pool set up correctly? ...

Maybe the router has not assigned an IP address. You can try restarting the router.
