U12-322 shows very slow performance and fails any
U12-322 TOS 5.0.176-00227 2023-02-06_10-10-38.png NAS fails any attempts to save files bigger than 3GB on it. CPU shows high load with no any user connections. I've described it here on the forum three months ago, but did not get any fixes. Now even reboot won't help. Screen Interface is not working...

Re: High utilization (System is sluggish)
When do you plan to realise it ?
As a workaround. Reboot helps for some time.

No ability to search user in shared folders and wrong sort order
Hell again.
We succesfully join TNAS to AD and try to setup users' permission.
1. Why users sorted from Z-A instead of A-Z ?
2. Why is no 'search user' button here? Scrolling is very inconvenient. Number of users in AD may be thousands

Re: TNAS won't join AD
We have fixed this problem. Hope it may be useful for people. 1. Our local MS Active Directory domain is not existed in Internet (and this is normal). TOS, trying to resolve its name, starts to send multicast DNS requests, causing ARP floods in local domain and Internet so it is fails with "Inv...

Re: TNAS won't join AD
I have dump of session between TNAS and AD / DNS server. I believe it would be better send it as private messsage, since it contains a lot of sensitive information on my networks and suspicious access to Terramaster internet resources

Re: No SSH / Telnet connections to U12
As I told above, here is another root of problem.
The case of non-working AD join is still open.

Re: TNAS won't join AD
SSH connection is solved. I did it. I can access console. And by the way, LDAP connection is successful, this mean network environment is up. Which log file I should check to see what happened when TNAS starts DNS server access for LDAP/AD? P.S. Certainly, I have no idea why it works in your lab and...

Re: No SSH / Telnet connections to U12
Problem solved.
By default checkbox 'Access SSH / Telnet from the same local network' is set. The 'same local network' means same VLAN. i.e if TNAS address is 192.168.200.100 you could access only from subrange of 192.168.200.x, access denied from any other network.
