After updating from 5.0.160 to 5.0.163, now clicking on the bell on the homepage to see past notifications does nothing. A problem only on my side?

Is it bad that I updated to 5.0.160 while it was offered to me through the system's update system? I don't see a thread for the release of it and people are saying here that it was pulled back... while it's still on the server?
