And did you configured HW transcoding in Jellyfin ?

No plans for this, because transmission is one of the very few (if not the only) apps that need to be stopped before editing the config.
The apps are restarted after pressing the apply button.

One way is to use the application control menu

Just download the app again and install it.

What exactly is not working? Not starting? No connection? Cannot be installed? Any error? Have you checked the log file? Can you provide some screenshot s to fix the issues if needed?
