Probably you have SPC function enabled in TOS ? SPC is not compatible with 3rd party apps, only with Terramaster official apps available in APP Center. If this function is enabled, some manually installed 3rd Party Apps may not function. Especially the ones which depends on another app to run. Hell...

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, I have the latest version of Modbase1 installed already.
